Bug Description
Open the attached net, open the place dialog for the left-most place, remove all three tokens and press OK. The tokens are still there. The only way to remove them correctly is to immediately open the dialog again and press OK one more time. Then they are removed.

The attached net is ill formed but the problem can be reproduced on any other colored net.
