Network Folder Wizard (knetattach) does not launch from Kickoff

Bug Description

Clicking Application > Internet > Network Folder Wizard (knetattach) from Kickoff does not launch knetattach and there is no error message or other feedback of a failure. Network Folder Wizard runs when launched via command in Konsole (knetattach).

Is this still happening?
I just tried it here with newest KDE 4.0.3 packages on hardy and it works.
