This looks like broken hardware, trying to read the file it tells us a no device error.

dpkg: warning: files list file for package 'libfdisk1:amd64' missing; assuming package has no files currently installed
dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
 unable to open files list file for package 'libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-0:amd64': No such device or address
