Bug Description
Steps to reproduce this bug:
1. Enable desktop special effects
2. Start Firefox
3. press F11 to put Firefox into full screen mode
4. press Alt-Tab and select the mini-icon for the full screened firefox window.
the result is that Firefox icon constantly flashes and flickers inside the tab selection window.
