Bug Description

I am currently testing the mantic preinstalled server image for the LicheeRV Dock.

After upgrading to Linux 6.5 from ppa:esmil/ppa output for HDMI is missing. Before we build the final images this needs to be fixed.

This is a test kernel that only contains JH7110 patches but not yet the D1 patches, so this is expected behaviour for that kernel.
