Gestures broken

As of moblin-media 0.38, gestures don't work, including:
 * horizontal swipe to navigate from page to page
 * right-then-up to rotate left; left-then-up to rotate right
 * angle up-and-to-right or -to-left (say 2 o'clock or 10) to scale up proportionally to gesture length
 * angle down-and-to-right or -to-left (say 5 o'clock or 7) to scale down proportionally to gesture length

Gestures in photo app are broken in our builds. Why is this marked "won't fix"? If it's a dup, please mark it as such so we can track it. If it's invalid or can't be confirmed, please indicate this.

The recommended approach is for the moko scroller to pass mouse events through when it is not actively scrolling, that is the content does not exceed the window size. Then the underlying application, in this case photo viewer, can perform actions based on the gesture.

The original code would be restored to the photo viewer application.
