Problems in browing like firefox, and chromium and some other application

Whenever I open the browser and some other application, My cursor doesn't work here at the top right side of the screen. Usually, it happens only when I open browser or few of the application, with that problem I cannot close the tab button, minimize, maximize, can't use some of the menu buttons on the top right side of the browser.
