Touchscreen does not work

The Touchscreen does not work under mantic. From recent develop, touchscreen can be enabled by adding the following udev rule to lib/udev/rules.d

I tested this w/Mantic and touchscreen now works.

Can you remove your custom udev rule and update the ubuntu-concept-x13s package and let me know if that works for you? My machine doesn't have a touchscreen so I can't test it.

I can confirm that the latest updates work. Summary of what I did to test.

Removed existing udev rule, Rebooted
Confirmed touchscreen did not work.
Updated ubuntu
Rebooted
Confirmed touchscreen worked.
