Bug Description
My Dell Precision 5570 hangs on restart, shutdown, and hibernate.
I'm running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS and have full disk encryption (not sure if that's relevant).
I asked a couple of questions on Ask Ubuntu, but didn't get anything useful. Here they are:

6.2.0-31-generic and 6.2.0-32-generic exhibit the problem, but 5.19.0-50-generic does not - when I load that version of the kernel the machine shuts down just fine.
I haven't tried running a newer kernel yet. I was going to file a bug report on kernel.org but they advise to file it with the distro.

I made 5.19.0-50 the default as a work around
