Maximize shortcut does nothing

I have Super+Up configured to maximize the current window, but it does nothing. I am running the Mantic pre-release.

I never consciously enabled anything called Tiling Assistant. Is that on by default in Jammy? If so, I agree that this is a duplicate.

This is mantic, not jammy. And yes it is enabled by default in mantic.
