Per VMs monitoring stats from prometheus

Bug Description

Skyline use Prometheus to get Monitor center stats about services and other stuff. Are there anyway to get CPU/Memory/Network usage of individual vms from prometheus?

I meant when we select instance during that time have tab to get data from prometheus to show stats of instances.

Can we add this for feature request. Skyline nicely integrates with Prometheus api so it should be possible to pull vm data from Prometheus. It would be great for end user to see its individual vm status.

Just for now, I don't think we have plan to support too many features for monitoring.
