Render markdown in bug description and comments

Currently, bug descriptions get whitespace-trimmed, and it's impossible to visually distinguish text from monospace/code withouth ascii art.

Take for example this bug report:

- I pasted a nice table but the system trimmed it into something with poorer readability.
- I have commands there that I cannot properly distinguish from explanation.

It would be handy if launchpad treated descriptions and comments as markdown and rendered it like github/other do.

Would you be able to elaborate why the priority is low?
This seems like a major usability problem that everyone encounters.

Hi Leon, this is an item in a long backlog of things to implement. While we do have some of the initial work done, there is still more left. The priority of this bug has been set to 'Low' as per our triaging process for Launchpad bugs that is documented here - https://dev.launchpad.net/BugTriage#Importance.

Till we can get to working on this, we are happy to review and accept community contributions for this.
