Reporter: Need Ability to Use Relative Dates for Future Dates

We recently had a library set up the 30 day account expiring action trigger. They have a significant population without internet so they want a recurring report that they can run daily to list any patrons without email whose accounts are expiring in 30 days.

With relative dates you can only select days ago so the library will have to manually run this report every time they want it. It would be useful to have the ability to also select days from now for this kind of need.

Noting that in the forthcoming Angular reports in bug 1993823, you can set a negative value on the relative date filter to get this result.

Not a fix, but a workaround.
