[FT][OVN] "ovsdb_connection.stop()" failing during the test cleanup process

This issue has been found in several tests (not always the same one). The "ovsdb_connection" timeouts during the stop command. This error, during the cleanup process, can be skipped or before trying to stop the connection, it could be tested if is still active.
