Bug Description
The ceph-csi manifests expect kubelet's root dir to exist at /var/lib/kubelet, but these manifests can be updated to operate for microk8s.
Apply changes to the manifest during when a new relation `kubernetes-info` relates to this charm so that microk8s can updated the path to kubelet root
