Bug Description

$ newsboat
Error: no URLs configured. Please fill the file ~/.newsboat/urls with RSS feed URLs or import an OPML file.

$ newsboat -i file.opml
Error importing OPML to urls file ~/.newsboat/urls: Failed to open file: No such file or directory (os error 2)

You can fix it by creating an empty "urls" file prior importing the OPML file but i believe this behaviour is a bit confusing
