Bug Description

Please remove python-gsd s390x builds from mantic. python-gsd 3.0.1-2 build depends on architecture-is-little-endian, because gsd fails on big-endian systems such as s390x, see https://github.com/glotzerlab/gsd/issues/12

So for now let's drop the s390x build from mantic until upstream will support big endian systems.
