parameters for keystoneauth1 is wrong

zaqar section are update from string to cfg.OptGroup in [1][2], but the second parameter for
ks_loading.register_session_conf_options and register_auth_conf_options is string[3][4]

also, the type in sample config docs[5] are unknown type.
