The latest charm revisions no longer available for Focal on Quincy/stable channel

Hello There!

We noticed that the latest charm revision (548 at the moment) is no longer available for Focal. The latest available for Focal is 526 while Jammy goes up to 548.

As seen below, ubuntu@20.04 is no longer listed.

there was an attempt to revert this at https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/charm-ceph-radosgw/+/862996/1/metadata.yaml although charmcraft.yaml doesn't have 20.04

    Add build-on/run-on to support Ubuntu 20.04

    To fix the build jsonschema is pinned to the latest version that doesn't
    depend (indirectly) on Rust.

charm's revision 558 available in quincy/stable has the correct metadata to declare Focal support.
