Bug Description

On 22.04, when I run "ubuntu-bug -w" and click on an instance of Brave browser (snap), a window pops up (attached) that is too big for the screen.

The collected data is displayed without a scrollbar so as a result, no buttons are visible.
I also cannot move the window with Alt+Space->Move. At this point you have to Esc or blindly [Tab] Enter.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I have noticed such behavior in the past as well.

Can you move the window by holding the Alt key and then pressing the left mouse key (drap and drop)?

Yes, alt + drag works, but not upwards, so it doesn't help with exposing the buttons.
This issue has been around for at least decade, iirc.

Bonus: if you do `ubuntu-bug -w` on the snap app store, then the apport window also flickers.
