I'm upgrading to Ubuntu 23.10 then the text changes from Norwegian bokmål to greek letters

Tried upgrading two computers from 23.04 to 23.10. This happened on both machines.

We believe this issue is fixed now. I did an upgrade from 23.04 to 23.10 yesterday and the fonts remained readable.

I am marking this a duplicate of the master bug for this issue.
