Bug Description

Originally reported as #3 by Beth Willis here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1913815/comments/3

Steps to recreate:

1) In Local Admin, create at least 11 courses with different names and course numbers (I named all of mine after Pokémon 😁).
2) In the Library Settings Editor, opt your OPAC's org unit into the Course Materials Module.
3) In the OPAC, navigate to course browse.
4) Do a course name browse that is near the end of the alphabet, and that isn't the first few characters of a course name that you have created. I used "zebra".
5) Note that the results start at the beginning of the alphabet. Expected behavior is that the results show near your query. For example, I *do* have a course named Zigzagoon, which is close alphabetically to Zebra, but I have to page forward to access it.

Course numbers are also affected, in the same way.
