Bug Description

Originally reported as #2 by Beth Willis here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1913815/comments/3

Steps to recreate:

1) In Local Admin, create at least 11 courses with different names and course numbers (I named all of mine after Pokémon 😁).
2) In the Library Settings Editor, opt your OPAC's org unit into the Course Materials Module.
3) In the OPAC, navigate to course browse.
4) Do a course name browse that contains the first few characters of the course's name. For example, if your course is called Magikarp, you could browse for "mag", "magika", or "magikarp".
5) Note that the results put Magikarp at the beginning of the list. Expected behavior is that the matching term is in the center of the list, so you can see what comes before it as well as what comes after.

Course numbers are also affected, in the same way.
