Bug Description

rust-vhost-user-backend is intentionally no longer built on armhf, so please remove the armhf binaries.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust-vhost-user-backend/0.10.0-2

Most Debian Rust packages make extensive use of virtual "Provides" packages. I found reverse-dependencies with these queries:

https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Fcontrol+rust.*vhost-user-backend.*dev&literal=0

https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Fcontrol+rust.*virtiofsd.*dev&literal=0&perpkg=1

There is only one reverse dependency, rust-virtiofsd, which was never built on Ubuntu's armhf.
