Bluetooth does not work on 8851BE SKU.

Expect: Bluetooth works normally on 8851BE SKU.

[Reproduce Steps]
1.Build config with 8851BE wireless card.
2.Clean install Ubuntu22.04 OS.
3.Finish Configuration and Boot to OS.
4.Click"Settings-->Bluetooth"option.
5.Bluetooth does not work ,issue occur.
