EG 3.11

Add a keyboard shortcut to jump the focus to the flat text editor textbox. Cuts out having to press tab ~6 times to get to the flat text area textbox. Trying to use Ctrl+E as the shortcut.

Ctrl+E seems to work fine in Chrome with EG 3.11 in my testing. Jumps right to the editor area.

Testing Notes:

Create MARC Record interface, flat text editor.

Before the fix: Ctrl+E triggers the URL bar in Chrome, for searching I believe. The only way to get to the text area for the flat text editor is to tab there.

After the fix: Pressing Ctrl+E allows you to jump right to the text box.

Tested on Terran's test server as follows:

--Opening the Create New MARC Record interface
--I pressed CTRL+E
--This command caused the cursor to jump to the editor area.
--In our current EG release, I can confirm that CTRL+E does trigger the Chrome URL bar.

Note: The cursor jumps all the way to the last MARC field. I am not sure if that is the desired action.

These keyboard shortcuts are great accessibility improvements to the MARC editor. Pushed to main and rel_3_11. There were merge conflicts in rel_3_10 so they have not been pushed there.
