Perhaps one issue is that your USB3 kernel driver crashed on wakeup (or possibly really when suspending):
Aug 09 08:58:10 ikigai kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:04:00.0: disabling already-disabled device
Aug 09 08:58:10 ikigai kernel: WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 114 at drivers/pci/pci.c:2241 pci_disable_device+0xc4/0xf0
Does the bug occur if you *don't* have the keyboard and mouse connected at suspend time?
Also possibly related is the non-standard extension '<email address hidden>' so I'd recommend trying:
gnome-extensions disable <email address hidden>
P.S. Your kernel is not from Ubuntu so we don't usually support that. It might be a good idea for easing internal support going forward to install regular Ubuntu at some stage: https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
Thanks for the bug report.
