moblin-media version is wrong

reproduced step:
1) dpkg -l | grep moblin-media version is 0.41
2) bug launch moblin-media, about -> show version is 0.38

this bug file more times. need to find one solution to sync with two side. but not manually to update by engineer.

I have fixed this as of 0.49

Retest this issue in moblin-media v0.49, run dpkg -l moblin-media ,the result is 0.49.But if clikc "Video"->"About",the version in the "About" dialog is still 0.42.So reopen this bug and change it to "New".

I think you have to update the version number each time as the following, don't you?
