Remove dependency from flatpak in package ubuntu-unity-settings

Currently package ubuntu-unity-settings=22.04-3 depends on package flatpak.
There is no need for this, but that consumes > 1.2 GB in /var/lib/flatpak/.

Ubuntu-unity-settings is just a gschema-overrides to set Yaru as default theme. But we can do this on Ubuntu settings.

Anyway, flatpak shouldn't be a dependency. Not sure why it is required.

The package does not exist in 22.04. The official package (22.10 and later) does not have the dependency.

The bug opener is obviously using a foreign package.

Uups, I meant the package ubuntu-unity-settings from here: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-unity-devs/+archive/ubuntu/stable, which is still version 22.04-3 and contains the faulty dependency to flatpak.
