Bug Description
There are a lot of duplicate entries in the shell when sorting by categories due to uppercase and lowercase variants.
1. open the shell
2. sort by categories
3. find duplicate categories due to the use of uppercase and lowercase letters (like "System/Disk" and "system/disk") with exactly the same entries in it
Fix: just use one version (uppercase or lowercase) to be displayed

Fixed in rev. 101 in the 0.3x branch
Every category string is converted to lowercase now. But maybe it would be nicer to capitalize the first letter(s) - like System/Disk instead of system/disk ?!
