Please sync geoclue-2.0 with 2.7.0-3 from Debian unstable

The last Ubuntu entry on the changelog was

The debian/control files of 2.7.0-1ubuntu1 and 2.7.0-3 are now equal and there is nothing else to merge, therefore we can sync Debian's geoclue-2.0.

But I think this was a mistake in the previous merge and we want the Ubuntu diff in debian/control restored.
