For me, the issue started beginning of July (in Ubuntu 22.04.3 with HWE enabled). It is related to the 6.2 branch of the Linux kernel. The nvidia DKMS module builds with kernel 5.19.

This is a duplicate of bug #2009253, which has been fixed for driver version ≥ 450.
