Expose ffmpeg and yt-dlp commands

Possible workaround: snap run --shell mpv -c 'exec "$@"' -- yt-dlp -F https://youtu.be/abcdefg

But adding the commands to the apps section would make usage simpler.

ffmpeg command can be used for converting media files / downloading and converting on the fly.
yt-dlp command can be used for downloading media.

Youtube media can be directly played in mpv though.
