Bug Description

Currently the cloud dashboard only supports SSO login with ubuntu one. We would like support for username/password local accounts for use in testing or restricted environments. Would this be possible to support?

You can implement this yourself already today by using the "disable_auth" option of the dashboard charm (https://charmhub.io/anbox-cloud-dashboard/configure#disable_auth) and doing authentication in the proxy via htpasswd for example.

For support in the dashboard itself, I will let David comment.
