Subcloud backup create operation leaves .tdb folder behind when the operation fails,
'backup delete' command only deletes the old backup folder we need to manually delete the .tdb folder.
The issue mentioned above is not reproduced when all 'backup create' are completed successfully.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1. Backup subcloud
2. backup subcloud (second time). The backup file is generated successfully, however the transfer of the file fails for lack of space.
Expected Behavior
-----------------
The backup create operation should update the backup folder and remove all older backup files
Actual Behavior
---------------
When the backup file fails to be transferred to systemcontroller, the old backup file is left stored under .tbd folder
