if laptop lid is closed all screens are turned off

Bug Description

If laptop lid is closed all screens are turned off.
Only the build in screen must be turned off.
All external screens must stay on.

if this is not possible with some laptop models only turn off backlight for the internal screen, but leave it on for the external ones.

same for fresh install of Ubuntu 23.04: if laptop lid closed turns off all screens, not only the internal one.

Bad if laptop is docked and closed. None of the screens will work any more then.
