mousepointer hover on right top when clicking 3 button of window

I have a problem with Ubuntu 23.04 on dekstop and window. When I hovering the mousepointer on maximize, minimize and close button showing the right bar icon name like Anydesk (I installed Anydesk for remote desktop connection for my clients who need some help on their computer) and when I click maximize or close showing the Anydesk app on front. I observed on the window button when near on the panel menu (the network, volume speaker icon and power button also the anydesk icon) hovering on that part showing the icon names and when I moving far the window on the menu icons the close, maximize and minimize on window is clickable.

My PC Specs is

Mobo: Asus A68HM-K
Proc: AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7
Graphics NVidia GeForce GT 720
Memory: 2x8GB 16 GB DDR3 1600Mhz

Most probably a ubuntu bug rather than of launchpad, i believe ? if yes, then report this at Ubuntu project bug tracking or if possible under the particular package.
