Bug Description
[Impact]
USB-C does not properly load firmware on a Jetson AGX devkit, and on all platforms the tegra-vic, tegra-nvdec, tegra-nvjpg, and tegra-nvenc modules fail to load. Additionally, IGX currently requires the pci=pcie_bus_safe kernel parameter for Ethernet and Wi-Fi to work properly.
