more RESTy navigation from a mirror page

Hello, a user complained about a broken mirror:

Visit https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ to see what the entry looks like from another view --> 404. "Lost something?" I had expected to get one of:

- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+cdmirrors
- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors

I couldn't find this unhappy mirror on either list. Can we wire up the https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ url so that it does something useful?
