Bug Description

Yesterday I tried to install the Skyline dashboard on Ubuntu 22.04 with OpenStack Yoga

It seems that I managed to install the dashboard successfully but I can't log in because every time I go to the login page the domain list is empty, I tried removing the name "heat_user_domain" on "base_domains" from the skyline.yaml file and replace it with my domain which exists and is called Default, I tried to remove the directive but it didn't help, it just finds me the region

I have the following OpenStack components:
- Keystone
- Glance
- Cinder
- Placement
- Nova
- Neutron

here is my skyline configuration file and my screenshot

Is the error due to a misconfiguration or some missing OpenStack component?

Actually, the domains in configuration item base_domains would be ignored in the domain list api, so you need to get it back first.

And then if it still doesn' work, you are supposed to check other configurations in skyline.yml, other issue about missing domains may be as your reference.
