Bug Description

Hello,
I'm running Kubuntu 23.04.
I've installed few fonts from the Settings (Font Manager) and noticed that Libreoffice (snap) can see the system-wide installed fonts, but it doesn't detect the user fonts.

I think it should be able to see and works also with the fonts installed for a specific user and not only with the system fonts

On LibreOffice snap version 7.5.5.2 on Ubuntu 22.04.3 up to date :
My personnal fonts are installed in ~/.fonts.

I've ran in a terminal after putting my fonts in this folder (to refresh my fonts cache) :
fc-cache -v

Then launched LibreOffice Writer, and I can see my fonts in the list of available fonts.
