Hello, from your logs I see:

cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/apache2/default-site/index.html': No such file or directory

It seems your default site index.html file is missing, did you happen to delete it at any point?

You should be able to finish the installation if you re-add the file, or create one in its place, such as with:

$ touch /usr/share/apache2/default-site/index.html
