Bug Description

The latest linux-generic-hwe-22.04 linux-headers-generic-hwe-22.04 linux-image-generic-hwe-22.04 versions cannot be installed on ubuntu 23.04 because the linux-headers-6.2.0-24-generic package is missing.

The latest available version is linux-headers-6.2.0-23-generic
