Install failed crashed with ProcessError after input of user details and password

Testing Ubuntu Mantic Desktop daily ISO dated 23.06.2023

After entering the password once - the install crashed before I could confirm the password and user details in the install process.

Ran an install a few minutes later on another machine with no error - will try this again on the same box as the original report - and report back.
