Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pyroute2/+bug/1995469 impacts the Neutron OVN metadata container (still used in yoga and needed for folks upgrading from Xena which is now also impacted), preventing it from functioning and instances from getting their metadata correctly.

Containers should be rebuilt with the newer package to handle kernel-side changes.
