Cannot disable animation in Ubuntu Cinnamon Live USB

Affects Ubuntu 22.04 x86-64 with Cinnamon 5.27 on Live USB.

Tried to test Ubuntu Cinnamon to see if it would work for my accessibility needs. It was painfully inaccessible.

To reproduce:

1. Prepare for migraine + motion sickness.

2. Start Ubuntu Cinnamon from Live USB.

3. Open main menu. There is a painful blinding cursor.

4. Try to find the "Accessibility" options. These do not include any optins to stop the flashing and animation.

5. Try to find the "Effects" options. These list several types of animation. Turn all of these off.

6. Open "Themes". Switch panes. That is animated.

7. Open LibreOffice Writer to see if turning off animation has stopped its painful blinding cursor animation. The cursor is still flashing.

( Please boot an ISO you encountered this issue with, on the hardware on which you encountered this problem and run it there).

Also PLEASE NOTE Ubuntu Cinnamon wasn't an official flavor before 23.04, thus no Ubuntu ISO will exist with Cinnamon for 22.04; so you're likely asking about a REMIX ISO and reporting at the wrong place.

If I do that, I get:

ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: Unable to find the server at Launchpad.net.

Is there another way to find and share the relevant info? It's painful to look at that.

I changed to NEW, because I got an error when trying to complete the request for additional information. I don't think it makes sense to close a bug as incomplete, when it's impossible for the user to complete the requested steps.
