Stuck in settings menu during authentication

Bug Description

It happened to me multiple times that I had to authenticate in a non-typical Browser environment
(e.g. for Mattermost or on my Smartphone) and got stuck in settings menu.

Please add a continue button like any other SSO provider.

By not having this essential feature I have to log out and log in again.

I can reproduce this issue, although since it occurs intermittently it's a little difficult to reproduce. Marking as "Low" importance since a workaround exists. Next step: figure out how to consistently reproduce.

Changed in canonical-identity-provider:
status: New → Triaged
importance: Undecided → Low

Is this the case where it occasionally asks you to review your 2FA devices? As far as I can tell, it seems to get stuck if you're unlucky to his this path during a SAML authentication flow rather than OpenID: rather than completing the authentication request, you're stuck on login.ubuntu.com.
