long caching when displaying packages in categories

The essence of the problem: when opening package categories, the application caches information about packages for a very long time.

Reproducing the problem:
1) Open the gnome-software window
2) go through the categories

Current behavior:

Either an empty space, or icons without a name.

Expected behavior:

Shows icons of packages with the corresponding name.
