Bug Description

Cmd/Ctrl+A should be available in all text input fields to select all text.

Not yet working in all text fields. Not working:
* Subject field in chat dialog
* Subject field in message dialog
* Address field in message dialog
* Probably more

This was added to the Text widget only, and not to the entry or ttk::entry
widgets.Now added also entry and ttk::entry widgets (class Entry and
TEntry).
