Use standard Mac “hide toolbar” widget

I suggest to use the standard “hide toolbar“ widget on Mac instead of the “triangle” to show/hide toolbars at the top of Coccinella windows. It is the oval button on the right side of window title bar.
Of course – if Tk can do this at all.

Additional information by Sander: the RMB context menu when clicking on the “triangle” should be a context menu for the whole toolbar. See e.g. Finder.

The idea is right but there is no support for it in AquaTk,
see file:///Users/mats/Docs/Tk/TkCmd/wm.htm#M8If you can find the Apple API
which controls this it would help, and perhaps I could make a patch myself.

RMB now added to complete toolbar except to the actual buttons. Note,
however, that the buttons extend slightly outside the region where they are
displaying something. This is their padding.

Searched a bit in

can't find any relevant parts. Seems it is called the "toolbar
control",
but this name is generic for all toolbar buttons.
